50 year old vines with eastern exposure on clay-limestone soils. Made with 70% whole cluster fermentation before being aged 13 months in 30% new barrels and 70% used barrels (1-5 years). Lastly the wines sit in tank for 3 months prior to bottling with no fining or filtration.
Incredible depth of flavor with a elegant spiciness. The wine is incredibly balanced with a lift at the end that keeps you coming back for more. Great now and can continue to age beautifully.
