La Grande Vigne is 100% ungrafted Pinot Meunier from vines planted in sandy soils in Montigny-sur-Vesle. Farming is done by Aurelien with assistance from Delphine Boulard and Alexandre Chartogne. // Grapes go through pneumatic, and see no additions of enzymes or chaptalization. Initial fermentation and aging is in 600L demi-muid for 9 months on the lees. Aging in bottle is for 68 months, and disgorgement was in March of 2025, with 3g/l dosage.
