Coming from two plots within Fixin with 15-year-old vines. It was made with 70% destemmed fruit. The wine was aged for 12 months in a mix of 228 and 600 liter oak barrels. A beautiful nose full of ripe raspberries and strawberries with a undertone of spice. It is a soft and smooth wine with a long finish.
