"Mainly Spätburgunder with some Weissburgunder, sourced from the 2017, 2019, and 2021 vintages, mainly ‘19 and ‘21. The 2021 vintage was a very tough year on Baden, so Christoph and Alex decided to cut a lot of the fruit from their single vineyards that were not ripe, before the rot came. This saved the clusters and was used for the base wine. It turned out to be very good juice. The wine was bottled at the end of 2022 and was disgorged August 2024." -Vom Boden
