Texier's "Chat Fou" is a blend of primarily Grenache, Cinsault and Clairette, mainly from Texier’s warmer, granitic St Julien vineyard. A thirst-quenching red, showing lovely aromas of tart cherry and raspberry with hints of licorice, violet and citrus. The palate is supple and refreshing with plum, cherry and berry fruit, light but sapid and dense with a long, juicy finish. Serve with a light chill and be happy!
