Terada Honke NV Gonin Musume Junmai

Using table rice variety called Miyamanishiki, and self-cultivated koji along with natural yeast, this is a craft Sake from the small Terada Honke brewery in Chiba prefecture. 

Terada Honke Tasting Notes: Rich and bright, with notes of miso and mushrooms. Serve cool. Pairs well with raw seafood, grilled meats and vegetables.
