Lapinou is mostly Grolleau with some Cabernet Franc, made in a lighter style that's best served with a slight chill. 10 days of carbonic maceration and 10.5% alcohol! There are hints of earth on the nose in a balanced, pleasant way, just a bit wild with soaring bright acidity and juicy red berry fruit that comes through beautifully on the palate. It's a lively and energetic bistro style wine that goes down all too easily, perfect for the Summer!
