All organically farmed estate fruit from Ambonnay, 60% Chardonnay with 40% Pinot Noir. 77% is from the 2022 vintage with the remainder being reserve wines. Aged in 70% stainless stell and 30% barrel before being aged 24-36 months sur lees. 4g/L dosage.
The resulting wine is increidble fresh and elegant with a lot of energy. Perfect as an apertif or alongside seafood and poultry.
