50 year old vines from designated plots in Rampante Sottana, Crasà, Piano dei Daini along with some fruit sourced from the better parcels of his cru holdings. Hand-harvest destemmed fruit is gently pressed and macerated for 50 days. This wine represents Cornelissen view of an elegant yet powerful Northen Etna red and one of his favorite bottlings of the 21' vintage.
