Beaufort, Andre 2014 Champagne Polisy Derriere L'Eglise [Disg. Jan 2024]

The rare and beautiful "Derrière l'Eglise" is 100% Pinot Noir from old vines in a single parcel in Landreville, Aube, made only in the best vintages. The 2010 and 2014 in this order were both disgorged in January 2024. The terroir here gives a wine with a bit more acidity and length on the palate.
