Bow & Arrow 2022 Willamette Valley Time Machine Red

A blend of Pinot Noir and Cab Franc with some Gamay, this is a supremely drinkable light-bodied red inspired by some of our favorite Loire Valley bistro wines. It's made in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak, with incredible purity and freshness. There's lots of bright crunchy fruit and zippy acidity, delicious with a slight chill (but not too cold). It's a versatile warm weather red that can cut through a variety of foods, from pizza to grilled meats to seafood, simple enough to appeal to a wide range of palates but precise and outright delicious in its own right.
