Lamoresca 2023 Bianco

Lamoresca Bianco is crafted from Vermentino di Corso, a classic Mediterranean variety. Planted as bush vines in 2006 at an altitude of 430m. Clay soils impart a very distinct salinity to the wines along with a subtle structure.  Destemmed then fermented on the skins for 2-3 days, aged in truncated conical vat of Slavonian oak. Minimal sulfur and unfined/unfiltered. A delicious medium bodied white for Sicily, notes of brined capers, peach skins and ripe cured lemon. Great along with seafood, or a great pairing for citrus fennel salad!
