Carpe is a blend of Grenache Gris and Muscat Petits Grains that is fresh and not too floral (for reference I'm not the biggest fan of Muscat but I liked this wine!). Clean, with light/medium weight on the palate and overal a great aperitif white that can make it to the main course too. -EL
