Goulley, Jean 2022 Chablis

Goulley & Fils is a family estate in Chablis that has been farming organically since 1991. Their are always fermented with indigenous yeast and sulfur use is minimal. They strive for capturing the quintessential focus of what Chablis is: minerality paired with freshness. This village-level Chablis is from 30 year old vines on typical limestone soils. The wine is kept on the lees for six-to-eight months. It is then aged in stainless steel for 8-12 months before bottling. We've always been fans of this affordable and easy-drinking Chablis.
