Josef Fischer 2022 Riesling Federspiel 'Rossatz'

Hailing from the less prestigious southern banks of the Wachau, Rossatz is a pitch perfect dry Riesling in the Federspiel style. We've tasted a lot of good Wachau Riesling, but it's rare to find one that we can put on the shelf for $25 or less. This offering leads with a nice touch of petrol and cool minerality on the nose, bright acidty with notes of citrus and white peach, with a crisp finish. Delightful! -Giselle Hamburg
