The "Ein Wildes Gläschen" series ( A Wild Glass) are natural wines with minimal intervention in their production. This Gemischter Satz Pét Nat (Vienna's traditional white field blend of Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Traminer) comes from vines in the south of Vienna that are over 50 years old, grown on limestone and sandstone terraces 330 meters high up above. A fine perlage give this Demeter sparkling wine plenty of texture and drinkability at an extremely poundable ABV of 10,5%. Get your brunch fiesta on!
