Daterra Viticultores (Laura Lorenzo) 2020 Gavela da Vila Vino Blanco

This wine comes from Val do Bibei, subzone of Ribera Sacra, located in Galicia (Spain). 100% Palomino from different parcels with sandy granite soils. Fermented in 1000L chestnut foudre with about 2 weeks of skin maceration and raised on the lees in the same vessel for 11 months.
