The scintillating Champs de l'Abbaye Cremant de Bourgogne is 2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Chardonnay, but nature - zero dosage, from organic grapes grown in the Côte Chalonnaise near Mercurey. This is an excellent Champagne-alternative and a great value. Aromas of freshly baked brioche, zesty citrus, and white flowers lift from the glass.
