Eminence Road 2021 Finger Lakes 'Acidalia' Red Blend

This is a blend of roughly equal parts Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot sourced from three vineyards on the east side of Seneca Lake. The grapes were crushed with 25% stem inclusion and left to ferment with once-daily punch downs. It spent about 11 months in French oak barrels before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. It’s a light and juicy style with some darker fruit and peppery spice and bright acidity that will leave your mouth watering. It is delicious with a slight chill, perfect for grill season!
