Private Collection: Cotat Sancerre 2000 - 2012

These very rare older vintages of Sancerre and Sancerre Rose by Francois Cotat and Pascal Cotat comes to us from the cellar of a connoisseur. They have the means to buy trophies, and they don't entirely omit trophies from their cellar, but they are a connoisseur in the sense that they appreciate great wine where they find it, without regard to the label, without concern that a great wine must be a very expensive wine. Obliged by fleeting time to pare their very large holdings, we feel very fortunate to have this remarkable group - expressions of the best that Sancerre can offer.
