We interrupt this holiday season with an important news flash for lovers of Loire Valley reds: Bernard Baudry's 2009 Chinon Franc de Pied is here, along with the 2009 Cot from Clos Roche Blanche. Due to the tiny quantities available of these two wines, we ask that purchases be limited to 3 bottles of Baudry and 6 bottles of Clos Roche Blanche. If you'd like to fill out a case, we might suggest the insanely delicious Muscadet Hermine D'Or 2009 from our friend Jo Landron at Domaine Louvetrie ($12.99!) available only at Chambers Street, any of the great 2008 Chinons from Chateau Coulaine, or, if you must go elsewhere, the 2009 Foillard Morgon Cote de Py or Corcelette...
