Nowack, Flavien Champagne 'Les Bauchets' Blanc de Pinot Noir Extra Brut (2019)

100% Pinot Noir planted in 1983 from a southeast-facing plot comprised of sandy soils in Vandières on the right (north) bank of the Marnes. The vin clair is fermented with native yeast in vat and barrel without undergoing malolactic, the secondary fermentation is under cork. The robe is a light straw hue, there is an ultra-fine bead and soft mousse. We honestly don't want to tell you how delicious this bottle is, because we hope one or two will remain after today's offer. Exquisite Champagne, a reminder of why we will not settle for less.
