Village level wine from multiple parcels Doosberg, Lenchen and Klosterberg with loam rich soils laden sreaked with shimmering grey quatzite lending a concentrated minerality and focused structure. The 2021 vintage is all citrus peel, white peach and fennel over lifted acidity, faint ocean spray salinity and prancing minerality. Still childlike in it's youth, this is one to sock away for several years to reveal it's structure and profoundly layered chiffon fruit/mineral "mille-feuille". Mouthwateringly scrumptious! GH
