Weingut Thörle is a 16th century estate (1517) in the village of Saulheim within the Rheinhessen. Organically farmed and CE certified since 2022. The wine is aged French 225L oak barrels for 18 months. There are beautiful notes of ripe raspberry, and cherry. On the palette there is great brightness and tart fruit.
