Eminence Road 2022 Aromella
Aromella is a cold hardy hybrid grape, a cross between Traminette and Ravat 34 developed by Cornell in 1976 and released for commercial planting in 2014. This wine comes from grapes planted at Keuka Lake Vineyard on silt loam over shale soils. Grapes were crushed and destemmed before fermenting in stainless steel, then bottled unfined and unfiltered. This is an exciting white wine that's full of energy, with lovely wildflower aromatics that lift the senses and carry you along like a cool breeze. The palate is light and refreshing with subtle saline minerality and cooling herbs. At 9.9% abv it's perfect for a day at the park or when you want to finish a bottle without feeling too bad about it!
