Elan is a lovely and nicely aged expression of Grenache from old vines in the Roussillon. Half of the grapes were destemmed, and half were left whole cluster, with a 3-week long maceration. Though it speaks earth and spice, it's also nicely balanced with delicate tannins. -EL
