Hailing from Galicia in Northwest Spain, Nordes Gin is comprised of 11 botanicals, half of which are native to the region. Based on a distillate of Albarino wine, it also includes salicornia, a Galician sea vegetable that imbues it with salinity and a maritime character. In addition to Gin and Tonics, it is meant to be paired with a host of seafood dishes and tapas.
