This is Diebolt-Vallois' flagship non-vintage wine comprising Chardonnay from Cuis with some fruit from Chouilly and Epernay. The base vintage is 2021 and disgorged in July 2023 and 3 grams dosage. A zesty, delicate, fresh vintage in Champagne. We love Diebolt's wines for their classic expression of northern Côte des Blancs terroir. This bottle shows lime, peach, pear, and green apple on the nose and palate, with a fine underlying chalky minerality on the finish. It's accessible, polished, suave, and (most importantly) delicious and well-priced. MSB
