This is one of our favorite Fianos from the Fiano di Avellino DOC, from organically farmed vines. The soil composed of volcanic clay, loam, and silt. Fruit is picked by hand in late October. On the nose, beautiful aromas of citrus, quince, chopped herbs and salt, with nice mid-palate weight.. The palate has a touch of orange zest, and stone fruit. Great acidity, with lapping texture.
