0.3 hectare plot from Tuniberg in Baden. It has a steep slope that is partially terraced. The soil is loess with limestone. Grapes are picked by a team in Baden and transported to Volnay in a refrigerated truck. Vinified and aged with no added SO2, 100% whole cluster fermentation and carbonic maceration in tank. Minimal extraction. Aged 10-12 months in used 228L and 350L barrels. Blended in tank for 1 month before bottling.
