Ehmoser 2021 Grossweikersdorf Weissburgunder

Hailing from the cool loess covered limestone hills of the Wagram, from Ehmoser's best sites in the village of Grossweikersdorf. Weissburgunder is a traditional variety in the Wagram that does particularly well in the loess soil. Fermented and aged in large barrels (1500L and 3000L) on the gross lees, the 2021 vintage produced a Pinot Blanc of great cut, minerality & sparkle lifting up the broad, stony body and ripe fruit clocking in at 13.5%.
