A delicious field blend of Riesling, Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay, Rotgipfler, Zierfandler, Neuburger, Gewürztraminer & Weissburgunder from Vienna's 2nd highest vineyard. Grown on a top layer of sandstone and schist on a limestone base, the surrounding Vienna Woods protect it from the rains and winds from the west creating a warm microclimate. Fermented and aged in used French and Austrian oak. Showing notes of juicy pear, lychee and pineapple with a crunchy minerality and lemon drop acidity on a lithe frame of 13%, perfect for your holiday meals! GH
