A beautiful, fresh, dry Riesling with initial notes of petrol that softens to jasmine with white flowers and ripe orchard fruits. The palette is soft and smooth, a slightly more rounder style of Riesling. This comes from being fermented and aged in 60% used oak and just 40% stainless steel.
