Perhaps the most overtly chalky of the parcellaire wines from Suenen, usually benefiting from a bit more time in bottle.  \/\/ Grapes go through pneumatic membrane press, and see no additions of enzymes or chaptalization. Initial fermentation and aging is in 600L demi-muid for 9 months on the lees.
