Thierry Navarre, who is proud of his vineyards of \"forgotten varieties,\" produces Terret and Ribeyrenc as well as this lovely light-bodied Oeillades. 2025 is a great vintage for this wine, showing pretty, high-toned red-currant, boysenberry, black plum, violet,  white pepper, and spice aromas, quite fresh and with beautiful ripeness. The palate has cherry, red currant and plum fruit, it's light to medium-bodied at 11.5% alcohol but with lovely ripeness and depth with refreshing acidity and good sappy length. Good intensity of fruit but low alcohol, which makes it very food-friendly. Serve cool with charcuterie, burgers, grilled chicken and pork and mild cheeses.
