There are always notes of subtle spice and a touch of damp earth, with darker fruit dotting the tongue and ample acidity to keep it balanced. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eNotes from importer Camille Riviere:\u003c\/strong\u003e 35% Cinsault, 35% Grenache, 30% Syrah= destemmed. 12.5% ABV. 12 day maceration for syrah \u0026amp; grenache, 6 day maceration for cinsault, aged in concrete. Deep red fruits with light tannins.
