The wine is made from 100% Hondarrabi Zuri, fermented and macerated on skins in both stainless steel and amfora for 5 days. One year of aging in equal parts demijohn, amfora, French oak, and stainless steel. 1600 bottles made. The wine shows a beautiful golden-bronze color in the glass, with a very expressive nose of sea-breeze, ripe white fruit, dried apricot, sesame, and green banana.
