This is sort of exciting as some conventional rosés (you know, the ones with the cute names) are loaded with sulfur and are will give a headache to those who are sensitive. The Biodynamic folks at Les Fouques have made the \"Impulsion\" for many years now and the 2025 is quite delicious! The blend is Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah, the color is a very pale pink, with delicate aromas of  raspberry and strawberry, a bit of peach and blood range. The palate is lighter than the other Les Fouques rosés, round and delcate, quite dry with berry fruits, spice, mineral flavors, finishing with refreshing acidity and pure berry fruits. Consume with abandon, no added SO2!
