The 2023 comes from old vines of Fer Servadou, farming is organic and the grapes see whole cluster fermentation with only 10 mg of SO2. Lovely deep raspberry, spice, and earth aromas. The palate is light but round and deep with spicy berry fruits and some grippy tannins. This is a beautiful natural wine, delicious, balanced and pretty, with some meat on the bone.
