Located on silty loam soils, the fruit was hand-picked on August 23rd. The premier cut (approximately 80 gallons per ton) was fermented in a neutral French oak puncheon and underwent malolactic fermentation. In the spring of 2024, it was hand bottled to achieve 5.8 Bars of atmospheric pressure without fining or filtration before being left to age in bottle for 30 months.
