It's a bright ruby in the glass, with soaring raspberry, strawberry and some watermelon fruit alongside more savory herbs and spices. While light bodied there is texture and subtle tannins that give it a sort of tension and focus that makes you keep going back for more. On the palate more cherry fruit comes through, with some pepper and earthy root vegetables mingling in. It's a gorgeous wine that can be a chameleon with food, structured yet effortless.
