This is 100% Pinot Noir from Seneca Lake, planted on west facing slopes in silt loam and gravelly loam over shale. Grapes were foot crushed with full stem inclusion and fermented for ten days with daily punchdowns, then pressed and moved to 4-8 year-old French oak barrels.
