Capcanes, Celler de 2017/2018 Montsant Peraj Petita
Celler de Capcanes creates a line of high-quality, terroir-driven Kosher from their old-vine Monsant vineyards. The Peraj Petita blend is 45% Garnacha, 20% Tempranillo, 20% Merlot, 15% Syrah, aged party in steel and then for 10 months in a combination of French and American oak. This wine is elaborated following Jewish Law and under the supervision of the prestigious Rabbinate OU from the USA and Kosher Federation of London in close collaboration with local Rabbis of Chabad Lubavitch. It is Kosher for passover and not mevushal.
Galil Mountain Winery 2018 Upper Galilee Cabernet Sauvignon
The Galil Mountain Winery maintains some of the highest elevation vineyards in Israel with some at over 3200ft elevation. This Cabernet Sauvignon was fermented and aged in stainless steel for six months to preserve the freshness of the ripe fruit after a warm vintage. This wine is OK certified Kosher, Kosher for Passover, and not Meshuval.
Golan Heights Winery 2018 Golan Heights Yarden Chardonnay
This is a fresh, full-bodied Chardonnay aged in 40% new French oak for seven months. The fruit comes from high elevation vineyards at 3,900ft elevation in one coolest growing region of Israel, the Golan Heights. The Golan Heights Winery is the first in Israel to adopt the sustainable efforts of California's LODI Rules, and their Odem Vineyard is the first and largest organic vineyard in the country. This wine is OK certified Kosher, Kosher for passover, and not Meshuval.
Mt. Tabor 2018 Galilee Chardonnay
Mt. Tabor is based in the Lower Galilee and produces quality, value-driven wines. 100% Chardonay that is fermented and aged in stainless steel to maintain its bright acidity balanced by ripe, tropical fruit. This wine is certified OK, Kosher for Passover, and not mevushal.
