A perpetual favorite and staple here at CSW, Steve Matthiasson's "Tendu" Red is a blend of Barbera, Montepulciano and Aglianico. It's made in a really juicy, forward style with plenty of cranberry and dark cherry fruit, a touch of rhubarb and a distinct savory finish reminiscent of bitter dark chocolate.
