Go Together red is a blend of Grenache from the Rhone Valley, and Gamay from the Loire Valley, raised in the Jura and bottled with no added sulfites. Grapes are fermented whole cluster, with long maceration to extract a bit more material. Still a light-bodied wine, there are some dark red fruit notes in the mid-palate and nice weight. A bit "sauvage," or wild, and with a notable, though integrated hint of volatile acidity that should wear off with a bit more time in bottle. -EL
