Traminer is an old, local name for Savagnin, which Stephane uses here as an homage. This is topped up (ouillé) style, so no oxidative notes, just beautiful freshness, and a touch of waxiness in the finish. Grapes come from the Bruyeres, Vasée and usually a few rows from the Mailloches vineyard. A beautiful white from Tissot that is breathtaking now, and should age very well. Eben Lillie
